Leominster, Herefordshire. 27th April 2017. Between 1199AD and 1350AD about 1500 charters were issued in England for towns to hold markets and fairs. Recorded as far back as 1282AD, Leominster continues like many other market towns to host an annual fair, continuing the ancient tradition.
Danters Fun Fair runs fairs in Leominster and Ledbury at the same time, which then meet up and travel to the city of Hereford.
