#PTSD and #photography

For the past three months I have been suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, flashbacks, nightmare's all that shit. One of my forms of therapy comes when I grab a camera and tramp over the farmers fields and woodland. There I feel more free in touch with nature, the blues I can feel slightly lifting. Just walking, walking, the further you walk the more distance you can feel between you and your problems, the anguished face that haunts you. A sort of formless meditation, just focusing on your footsteps the azure sky, trying to find clarity.
