Photophilanthropy; Christian Aid And Pentecost @ Priory Church Leominster 2013

Right at the end of Christian Aid week it's time for Pentecost celebrations at the Priory Church in Leominster.

This exhibition is called "Moving Pictures", it is about the work of Christian Aid's partner Culture And Free Thought Association in the Gaza Strip. CTFA runs community activities in Khan Younis refugee camp in the Gaza Strip. This exhibition is a record of the children by the children of the children using drama productions and photography to raise awareness of their campaign against child lablour. many of these pictures were taken by 11/12 year olds and they are amazing.

These bottles will be filled with messages from church goers, they reflect the child in the photograph who works in the rubbish dumps collecting plastic bottles to sell. He carries the bottles he collects by tying them to his trousers with string as has been done on the board.
